What? I never did manage to hear what the pixie says when Keyes asks about the Ark, though Earth would be the natural choice wouldn't it? Here's my question. The LE comes with a booklet called "Converstations from the Universe" with a bunch of reports and letters and whatnot to and from the different characters. The last one is a very personal letter to John (the Master Chief) from Cassandra. I've checked into every detail related to the games, read all three books, and still I can't figure out who she is. Does anyone know?

Woah, comparing Halo to Half-Life isn't even fair. After all, Half-Life and Half-Life 2 make any game look like crap. And I fail to see how you could even notice the level design in the Library. I was too busy focusing on the five hundred Flood crawling out of the walls. I admit though that the level design was a bit weak at times.

Heretic! Halo was -and is- great. Like Cewekeds said, it didn't change the face of gaming, but it did something few games do anymore: It got everything right. Halo 2 had something interesting distractions, such as Prophet hunting, but the overall plot felt like Halo 1 chopped up and sewn back together in a hurry. But they say the second in a series is usually the worst. All we can do is hope Bungie learns their lesson and that 3 lives up to it's name. If it doesn't, well, there's always Halo 1 to fall back on.

I don't have any art at the moment, but I do have an art question, so I hope that's slightly on-topic. I learned to draw from *shudder* manga, so my sketches still have a slightly manga-ish feel. The problem is that no matter how hard I try, my characters always look to be somehwere between their late teens to mid 20's. So if I'm trying to draw, say, a guy in his early 40's, how do I make him look his age?

A little show called House. It's a medical drama, but revolves more around truly deep and complex characters. Also, the cases themselves are usually so strange it takes most of the show to diagnose it. But what really makes the show is none other than Dr. House, the funniest, most cynical, and possibly the most mind-numbingly complex character to ever grace the tv, played by, you guessed it, Hugh Laurie. Of course the show was struggling until it started coming on right after American Idol. Add the greateness of the show with the sudden publicity and you've got yourself a garunteed formula for instant fangirls.
