1. Are you under the impression that's how the scene literally plays out?
2. Yes, we can kill joinable NPCs, typically by making them angry enough to attack you. Sometimes you can murder them when you meet them as well.
3. He thinks RPG is a synonym for war-game. It's somewhat sad that people can only judge a game through genre expectations.
4. I suppose like Drakensang. 3/4th of the game is now epically heroic dark romance conversations. You don't have a problem with that, do you?
5. Also, an article BioWare’s Dr. Greg Zeschuk on Dragon Age: Origins
6. The sad thing is that it could have saved the Trokia ship from sinking.
7. Blue is obviously cheating once again. Anyways, the nice thing about black is you can build your graveyard with a revolving door. Edit: Man, blue really is the new pink.
8. What is this 'counterspell' of which you speak? I see you got rid of your red/white. Did you know it was voted the least popular color combo? I have no idea. It looks horrible.
9. I prefer to think of it as a field of brilliant, red poppies springing from the ground after a heavy rain and choking the life out of any non-poppy in our field. Green isn't ethical; that
10. Do to this complex and subtle personality test, I
11. This is the code I'm using: This is a quote from the BioBoard of someone who just finished playing the game. They're a non-native English speaker. "So first, a story. Only dissapoinement here was with City Elf origin, which I expected to be darker and deeper. Much darker and much deeper. Well, en revanche, both dwarwen origins were AWESOME! I loved the background of kastaless dwarf with his carement about his sister and grayness of his boss and his job. And about noble one? You could actually PLAY the polytics game here with your brothers during dialogues. And also, it ended VERY opened so I am looking forward how does that resolves. And good is that even those origin stories arent too linear so even if the end is same, way can be different a bit. For game story, I went a bit after Troll battle from preview videos. I must say, origins were great, but this part absolutly amazed me. I am kind of person what gets excited before such an events of massive occupation. And the end, godness, I cant wait when Ill be able to continue in main story further. Interesting also is how it resembles STAR WARS. Think about it. Ancient order with people with inhuman powers and battle mastery fightning with evilness and human conspiracy. And what happens after Troll, well... its like end of one of the STAR WARS moves, I wont say which . And what I find even better, that your main enemy isnt really the blight or the dark spawn or huge huge huge arcidevil. It is something much much smaller and still larger in same time, again, I wont say anything. Gameplay? Game was fast, without glitches, problems with pathfinding, invisible walls etc, at the other hand, loadings were awfully long. Characters could be developed in a lot of walls, tactic mode was really created well and its very deep. And in a Third Person view, it is comfortable and I actually had no need of tactical view, mainly thanks to well-designed radar and map. So, result? BRING IT ON!"
12. Perhaps I should say that they ran out of money to continue developing content and then had to let it sit. I've read several times that they had it ready before Half-Life 2, but were contractually obligated not to release it until after HL2 hit the shelves. wiki never lies.
13. Link please. http://daforums.bioware.com/viewtopic.html...1&forum=135
14. They also finished it before hand and had to sit on it. Imagine if it had come out before Half-Life 2.
15. Just wait until bio releases a trailer that has more of Wynne, and then check back here It's an older woman. Kreia rip-off! There's a guy on the BioBoards who claim Dragon Age is a Halo clone. At least no one here is that bad.
16. Wu the Lotus Blossom is one of the female PC models. So what great and ancient evil resurfaced in Jade Empire?
17. Erm, Sky is nothing like Carth and neither of them are like cleric dude.
18. Is there away to get rid of the pop up? It seems to log on automatically.
19. So you can't play in offline mode? I had never tried until you said, but I can. *searches for offline mode* There it is! Do you know how to do offline mode in Games for Windows LIVE?
20. *has never had problems installing Windows*
21. Woot! Thank you.
22. We have Wynne, the experienced and respected mage who believes in the Circle; Morrigan, the power hungry apostate with mysterious goals; and Leliana, the sweet and girly rogue trying to make up for her past. I think it's a good mix of female personalities. Dog is a dog. We know nothing about Shale, the war golem. For guys, we have the irreverent 'normal guy' in Alister, the samurai like (stoic, philosophical warrior) Sten, and the rough and tumble Oghran. I have no idea what Zevran is supposed to be like, he might be a 'flaming queen'
23. They have a girly rogue and decided to give a little nod to the fans by giving her the same hair as Imoen. How is that lame?
24. Steam is not intrusive. DL it once, then never go online again to play the game, if that is too much trouble for you, get a new hobby. It won't let me play Left4Dead unless I sign onto Steam. Even if I just want to do a single player campaign.
25. Ramza, how did you get your sig? All the quizzes I've found are monocolor.
