  1. Like Hive perfectly stated - Mira Visas is way too dependant, that's all. If it's not Nihilus, it's Exile, she has no life of her own. She acts more like a serving machine than a human being. And she's a Sith, too! Handmaiden is weak. Simple as that. When I talk to her, I always hear a whiney tone in her voice, and she tends to whine as well. She's just weak, everything she does is weak, except fighting. Mira has a strong character. She knows what she wants, and she'll get it, screw everyone else. That's just my type
  2. Never seen someone talk so much good of KotOR 2. Everyone complains about how bad, incomplete and lacking it is. Cant say I argue with them, even though people tend to be overdramatic. Personally, nothing in the game really drew my attention. It's not a bad game, but it's not a great game either. I'll definately say it's above average on my book, but that's it. There was one scene in the game that I did really like, and it's the meeting with the Council on the ruins of the Jedi Enclave on Dantooine. The whole scene with Kreia as you enter was emotional, and then the whole talk with the Council and Kreia intervening. A beautifully-made scene, too bad there were not more of those on the game. The music in that scene was perfect, as well, as was stated.
  3. Okay, silly question, but it's bugging me to hell. As you walk around minding your business on Dantooine, at some point the trouble with Jedi is mentioned, and then the "Redemption" quest pops out. I've found NO WAY to end it, to make Jedi likeable again or whatever. Is that quest even accomplishable? Or it's just stuck there?
  4. Am I the only one that misses the Siege of Czerka in KotOR 1? Every planet you've been in K1, you have SOMETHING to do with Czerka. The whiny merchant who keeps complanining about them on Dantooine, the Czerka office in Korriban, the Czerka setting you an ambush as you land on Kashyyyk and Tatooine, but only not in Manaan. These little things make KotOR 1 what it is, and what KotOR 2 is lacking. Where are the Gizka running all over your ship? Or at least a Mynock infestation.
  5. *Gives a funny look at everyone present* Gizka? Cannoks? Kath Hounds? *Blinks rapidly* ... these are nice creatures, but hardly a match for the ultimate one... BANTHA! These cute, furry animals that Mission always mentions when she says "Bantha poo-doo". BANTHA! Nothing is better than the BANTHA! And as for humanoid beings, I vote for the... (drums)... JAWA!!!
  6. 1. The final test Exile had to go through is kill his master, the one who tought him, which is... (dramatic suspension)... (drums)... Kreia! Maybe that's some remnant of her early Sith ways, of appreantices killing their masters. 2. Yes, the Ebon Hawk is flying into space. Why? Who knows? Obisidian had little time to work on K2, unlike Bioware on K1, so the game is a bit lacking. Though I'm sure they had plentiful reasons for doing it, and not something else. Stating all the possible ones will take too long. 3. Ever thought the delay was meant not during the game? As in, you keep the Exile's fate completely in question? 4. It's said one time at least that bonds can be broken, like when someone falls too far that the bond cant be felt. Or maybe the bond was fake? 5. Too much unnessecary work? Maybe throw a few cutscenes and a free Darth Traya poster for the Exile to keep? Maybe a dark-side-flavored gum too. Sheesh <_<
  7. Atris? Pure? Allow me to steal a phrase from Atton and say "Pure my eye". Atris just so far from pure that even Hanharr is like an angel next to her. She really looks stupid as Darth Traya. It's good they didnt put her in there, at lesat not like THAT... Atris to Exile: So you have come. Now the appreantice must kill the master. Exile: HAHAHAHAHA!!! Atris: <_<
  8. Mandalore lacks the war-veteran, Mandalorian attitude he did as Canderous on the previous game. I miss hearing Canderous' stories about his wars and battles, and how he boasts about his incredible acts of massacre and killing. They killed Canderous and replaced him with a guy who hides behind his armor and ugly helmet and lets himself be stepped on and crushed at the feet of an old woman called Kreia. *sniffles* That's not the Canderous I knew *sniffles*
  9. Um, wasnt the Star Forge a creation of the Rakatan? Were they Sith? I knew they were evil, mean and darky-types, but were they the True Sith? Just wonderng...
  10. I think you forget that Obsidian got only so much time to work on K2, courtesy of LucasArts. With such a limited time, I think that working on the ideal ending was kind of a luxury they couldnt afford. Look at the missing content everyone just wishes to be restored (including me) - it would be a long, hard work to make such content a reality (the already-existant voices are only a few steps on that road). Yes, the ending wasnt satisfying, to say the least, but I've seen far worse games with far worse endings. Though I found myself much more satisfied with K1, K2 still ranks high in my list. There arent many good RPGs out there, real RPGs, not some diablo-style crap that gets boring after you kill the 1001th monster. The ending didnt ruin all the game, and anyone who says it does is being way overdramatic. It was a bad ending, I wont argue, especially compared to some other endings I've seen, but the game itself is still very good compared to most games.
  11. Wow. You just lost all credibility with this post. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I second that. <_<
  12. Ditto. I started getting pissed at it so I went straight to the swordfighting scene.
  13. Even so Jolee could have been placed in depending on which response you gave about Revan. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> so could've juhani, and mission <{POST_SNAPBACK}> But wouldnt mission be 19 at K2? It would ruin all her childish charm of being a 14 year old Twi'lek.
