Remember him, good guy. And where did Surreptishue disappear to? (never could spell his name correctly )
-
That was Nur Ab Sal, there was an argument where Nur viciously bashed Israel and the Jews if I remember correctly, and then several people called him a racist. As I remember he was a student and worked in the library so he spent a lot of time online, guess he doesn't work there any more.

I was going through some really really old topics searching for something and came across so many members of this forum that are literally gone from the Obsidian forum. Made me remember many of the people whom with I mostly argued but kind of miss nevertheless like Kumaq, Surreptishues(misspelled), Lucius, Mothman, Commisar, Metadigital and others. Anyone else of the longtime members share this feeling or am I really getting too soft and nostalgic?

[retarded talk]I think the elections should be postponed indefinitely and G.Bush remain president, best thing for US and the whole world because people just don't realize what a great leader he is [/retarded talk]

Spies Warn That Al Qaeda Aims for October Surprise In other words, spies, or should I say McCain PR people, again use terrorism and Al Qaida as a tool for achieving pro right agenda in the elections. Like there is a threat coming, non Republican president in office is a victory for the terrorist, whom ever they may be. Fear does do wonders. My my Al Qaida is obviously more useful to American right wing then they were during the Afghan conflict with the Soviets, sweet.

Yeah it will work, just look at at surge in Iraq, lol

*SPOILERS!!!!* So after watching the 10 episodes of season 4 and Razor, I can certainly say that's one hell of a good SF series But what happened to Earth? World War 3? McCain's health got worse and Sarah Paulin became president, what?
-
I'm saying race, gender and age are still influential factors that determine peoples biases on large scale even in the God given freedom loving and all the other bull**** US.
-
Well aside that domestic economy, energy, foreign politics, experience, values, etc are going to be factors in this election, it's foolish not to think that age, gender and color of skin are going to be as much as an important factor as who's gonna be elected.
-
McCain will win hands down.

Well, the score isn't everything, if you have watched the game you would know what I'm talking about, it was a humiliating defeat in all specters of the game.
-
As I feared, I was correct, our team had the exact same attitude and approach to this game like our media and public, I said to my friend that our defeat began last week, reading the articles in the media and talking to people, not at the beginning of this game. Arrogance and underestimating your opponent leads you nowhere. My congratulations to Fabio Cappello and the English players, your well deserved victory, you not only defeated us but this was utmost humiliation, revenge is yours.
-
Well honestly I do think that we have a better team at the present moment, but that doesn't undermine the fact that you still have some great individuals, will your game be substantially good to allow those players to matter waits to be seen. Again, let me repeat myself for the 100th time, I just hope Bilić and our players won't share the attitude of the English and Croatian public, never underestimate your opponent, never. And , I believe the team that wants the victory more will in the end get it, English players want revenge, you are not treating us without necessary caution now, that are all factors that go in your favor. I believe this will be a tough match, and of course we have our horses for this game and I'll root for them to run your team over hehe, everybody has a right to cheer for their side.
-
I can't say I didn't laugh reading your post hehe But I don't share your view quite exactly, you're not so good as a team at this time but you do have some really great individuals, and if some of them shine tomorrow it could be a problem for us. The thing I'm afraid to be honest is that our players will underestimate the English team, as I believe the Croatian and English public are both doing. I certainly hope that won't be the case, because if they do so, Croatia will be defeated.

There won't be a reunion between Revan and the Exile because there won't be a KOTOR 3, deal with it.

Revan is somewhere in the outer rim having sex with Bastila

I'm sure that England, fresh from their triumphant display over footballing superpowers Andorra, will have no trouble at all. I for one am heartily looking forward to another splendid performance from our favourite band of over-paid over-hyped mediocre primadonna losers, and I'm sure you are too. Well you know, not so sure about that sarcasm that you, the English public and here in my country share. I don't like it at all, people in Croatia are laughing at the English soccer team now before the match, that's a great recipe for underestimating your opponent and thus suffering a major setback. That was just the feeling the English public and your players shared last year at Wembley before the match you lost. I don't want that happening now in Zagreb, and I hope that our selector and coach Slaven Bilic and our players don't share the attitude the broader Croatian public have, and for that matter the English public as well. But with a smart and bold approach to the game, our team playing on a high level how they know to do so and with backing of our fans I feel we have a realistic chance for a positive result in our favor, but I won't kid myself that it's going to be an easy game, just on the contrary.
