  1. I've seen some great artwork created by fans. Sure, much of it may not be top notch, but there are skilled artists out there. I'd enjoy having it available on this site. *shrugs*
  2. Excellent! Star Wars = +
  3. It was a welcomed change of pace, to me.
  4. I'll upload it once I'm home, if you wish.
  5. While the other ideas are interesting and merit spending time thinking about, the third one is DEFINITELY something I wholeheartedly agree with you on. Time and time again I find myself irritated due to decisions that are made for me, or dialogue options that aren't really options at all. Ugh!
  6. Definitely. I'm not so sure about the majority, but how about more puzzles and quests/missions involving critical-thinking skills, instead of just blasting people in a linear dungeon or somesuch? B)
  7. Good assumption, I'd probably have to go with that one myself. It seems very logical - and provides a good challenge - when you look at it that way.
  8. Where's my 'Improved Posting Flurry'?
  9. Leave the race as human, adding other options is a considerable amount of work that could be directed elsewhere (improving other game aspects, be it quests, world design, etc).
  10. It leaves a lot more than that! I was very disappointed by Jedi Academy's rendition of Coruscant - Hopefully KotOR 2 will do a much better job.
  11. The title isn't everything. I don't mind The Sith Lords, immersiveness and gameplay will be what most of us focus on. As far as titles go, it is quite boring... but hey, could be a lot worse.
  12. Thanks for the information and pics!
  13. "Will the choices that I made in KOTOR influence KOTOR 2? Yes. Early in the game, conversations will take place in which you will instruct the game, the outcome of your choices in the first game. The game will recognize this and will make the necessary changes in the dialogue/story line." There you go, it won't totally be 'force-fed'.
  14. Many of those ideas have great merit. I too had the problem with security spikes and tunnelers, I just sold them every time I received any. The skill sets were acceptable, but need a great deal of refining to be excellent. I'd go more in-depth with the skills, and allow them to play a greater role in the game, as well as do more diverse actions, more frequently. The only time security really made a difference was around Taris. After that, I found myself using it on VERY rare occasions. Repair was useful for HK-47, but other than that I never found a need to repair all the droids found in the game. Computer Use was one of the better skills, but I found that I was using it far too much in the game, compared to the other skills. Hopefully the skills in KotOR 2 will be much more refined and useful.
  15. Well, for starters, the 'major to the movies' part: Tatooine is where Anakin Skywalker was picked up by the Jedi (this has an incredible impact on the rest of the storyline). Tatooine was also the location of the death of Luke Skywalker's Aunt Beru and Uncle Owen Lars, which triggered Luke's desire to learn of the Force. This event also participated in an irrevocable point in the storyline. Now for the importance outside of the movies: KotOR - Revan must discover the Star Map on Tatooine in order to aid him in his search for the Star Forge. This plays a role that, if removed, would not have allowed Revan to locate the Star Forge at all (remove all hypotheticals). In Force Commander (ugh...), Tatooine is also the location of quite a few battles. Much of it pertains to the storyline as depicted in the movie, but some does not. A few novels written also have Luke journeying back to Tatooine for various reasons, and even fewer have events that play a sizeable role in the storylines (Darksaber comes to mind). Anywho...
