    I wasn't serious. I do not know much about Rand Paul to know his stances on thing A or issue B. But i can tell from his description by the media that he is a rich white man that is interested owning more money by shooting minorities and poor for daring to venture onto his lawn. He also likes subservient women, God and the flag. Next thing you're trying to say that media might be exaggerating or even lying or something.

    If I had seen him staring down the riot cops in Ferguson, then I might think he actually cares. As it is, all he cares about is libertarian issues. He just thinks he might be able to sell them to black voters. Not the same thing at all. What would staring down riot cops accomplish? A firm condemnation on white power structures.

    I believe Rand Paul has the power to change this if he becomes the republican nominee in 2016. If? What, are you expecting us to disappear? Leftists expect a civil war soon because of income inequality. Racists expect a race war. Libertanians expect a war between the states and the federal government. Just pick the one that you think fits the best for your agenda.

    Yeah... no. The writing has been on the wall since, well, forever. If there is a lesson to be learned from all this, is that, ironically, we never learn. But who cares, because, convenience. I'm waiting for Valve to announce that they've "listened to concerns" and are graciously reducing their cut from 75% to 50%. It'll be hilarious to see the Stockholm syndrome kick into overdrive and the masses of Valve lemmings run back to into the fold. I've also had a revelation. How about we develop a framework so Youtube has a per-account paywall. Because, "why shouldn't youtubers be rewarded for their hard 'work'?". And while we're at it, a paywall for forum posts, too, because "why shouldn't I be rewarded for my hard 'work'?". Some fool's out there waiting to be parted from his money, so DO IT OBSIDZ. I can see it happen, after having to pay for getting bugfixes for a scheduled amount of time. Masked as "Quality Guarantee" of course. But for now, are we now witnessing the death of the modder?

    The day when there is no time for dialog and discussion is the day when we as the human race have already lost. How can you have dialogue with someone that wishes to erase dialogue to begin with? Compromise with only semi-dialogue put in the hands of arbiters that decide how narrow the narrative should be? Sounds like poison to the mind...damn, a few bottles of whiskey with friends really makes your mind spin. No, when you are right there is no debate on how to make it kinda-right. Of course i can be wrong about being right, maybe the chains didn't break mans freedom but rather they sustained him and now he wonders forever with the consequenses of this action. Good night!

    Yep, I think that's the likeliest outcome. It'll be a pretty dramatic change though. The other possibility is that the GOP doesn't change, leaving the Democrats as the uncontested ruling party for a couple of cycles, until it splits down the middle into a liberal and conservative half. At that point, whatever sane voters the GOP has left will migrate to the con-dems leaving the rump GOP to wither away as an insignificant third party with a glorious past. Depends on the Democrats really. Any party in power for too long will eat itself up. The cracks are already showing i would say.
