Revan partymember? Advanced question:
Roma replied to Eelyn Doban's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
That's about as trustable as a Human Rights Charter signed by Pol Pot. -
Patently FALSE. Lord Vader demanded that Tarkin speak to the Emperor before daring to destroy one of the Core worlds, and Tarkin refused, claiming that he was in charge of the station and could do whatever he wished. Lord Vader most certaintly did not approve of the destruction of Alderaan, as per the ANH Radio Drama.

The most influence intensive things she tells you are some revealing backstory information on Revan. My favorite line: "What was Revan like?" "Revan was power. He was the heart of the Force. Even then, you could see Jedi he would slay etched on his soul."

She likely had her mysterious and twisted teachings before her fall to the Dark Side, most likely. We know that Revan did speak to her last before falling. She probably didn't mean for her methods to cause him to fall, she likely just thought she was right. -
Atomic Space Vixen: Oh, absolutely. I understand a response in kind. E.g. User A posts fallacy X. I say not X, Y. However, even if it's not so and you were right, Z is also true, so X isn't accurate. [...] Yeah, I do that on occasion. It's a useful rhetorical technique. It actually gets through to them more than the logic and facts do, though we still include those for the benefit of others.

Nope. The KOTORII Chronicles explicitly describe her fall as being the direct result of her guilt over Revan. -

Kreia only fell to the Dark Side much after Revan, where she visited the Trayus Academy after becoming distressed at Revan's fall. Revan was ultimately responsible for her fall. -
Any time. Usually they can go interchangeably, since there aren't many people of other species living on Iridonia.

Nero still very much maintained the constitutional pretense of the Principate, and even autocrats such as Commodus. By the time of Diocletian, the Imperium Romanum no longer existed--it was known as Romania, and Roma was no longer the capital: Ravenna was. It wasn't a Roman Empire, despite what they deluded themselves into thinking. I referred to Classical Roma during my post. Though you would be correct in your characterization of Diocletian, whose Tetrarchy permanently laid the monarchical structure bare for all to see and began the government which was known as the Dominate.

Actually, if you'd look, the vast majority of it is my own writing--with a few selected one-lined quotes. ------- Certainly, though I do admit that my mastery is limited to Classical Roma and Napoleonic France. I do know a fair bit about most other history.

Stay with single. Even with finesse, your to hit will be garbage. There's no need for a Consular to waste precious feats on a dual wield.

A Zabrak is a member of a species that lives on Iridonia. An Iridonian is anyone of any species that was born on Iridonia. Tricky distinction.

Patently false, Ma'am. Cleopatra was young girl that required the help of one C. Julius C

The true Sith are pink with strange growths on them. They are more like arcane magicians than the Sith we're used to... Remember the Sith on Freedon Nadd's Temple and that little ritual? That's more along the lines of what the "True Sith" would be doing--they're not like Nihilus. However, it seems that Trayus Academy is an outpost of the ancient Sith Order so Nihilus was taught things about the Sith, but is not one of them.

Master Speed is good enough to defeat anything with.

Lightsabers are something to keep in your belt. My Bastila--erm, I mean Exile--is a Guardian/Jedi Master (odd combo, yes, I know) who fights entirely unarmed. This is merely because the unarmed animations are entertaining to me.

His Imperial Majesty the Galactic Emperor perpetually leeched and lived off of the 19.8 billion inhabitants of the planet Byss, and he occasionally fed off of the essences of the trillions of Imperial citizens on Imperial Center. The Emperor also was able to use battle meditation on a galactic scale and influence events on the other side of the galaxy. Eventually, he intended to supplant his entire governmental system with Dark Side Acolytes and feed off of the life essences of the entire galaxy through them, since he had already incorporated his Acolytes into his being. At that point he would transcend mortality and become immortal and become apotheosized in his own right, not needing a mortal vessel once he became omnipresent. The fact that Palpatine could have managed that, and actually DID do that with billions of people makes little Nihilus look like a cute puppy. Nihilus was so consumed by his evil that it destroyed him. Palpatine had such power that he rose above it and used darkness as a tool; he was one of the very few that controlled the Dark Side, rather than having it control him. Also, a Force Storm(not the KOTOR power) could have destroyed a planet just as easily as Nihilus could have.

Which means Lucas is being obviously hypocrtical, since Force-users are not based off of crude matter or number of cells. Otherwise a smaller being could never become a great Force user. "Luminous beings we are" "Size matters not"

Nihilus did have one heck of an impressive ship, though. That was a gorgeous bridge... In any case, though, I do enjoy the saber animations of Nihilus's model. It's rather fun to fight, and experiment with using his model for your own character. If Nihilus wasn't fleshed in the story, they did do a really good job with his flourish and saber technique--he does look impressive when fighting against weaker opponents, especially with his economy of movement. To the above poster: Nihilus's power of hunger isn't that impressive. Palpatine makes him look like a kitten.

Regarding KOTOR, the romance was a bit deeper than most people think. It's not due to fault on their part, though, since taking the conversation after the kiss ends Bastila's romance quest and disables it. Most people DO take that conversation. If you do not, her dialogue is significantly different on the Rakatan Temple. "I need deny my passions no longer, Revan. I would be utterly yours Master, as your lover and apprentice." Glorious indeed.
