  1. Past hour
  2. Dandadan manga getting hype again.
  3. Got fired at my second job (company wide restructuring) and I have to say, while inconvenient, I do feel a certain sense of relief at all the extra free time I am getting. It's going to be interesting looking for a PM role as I'm not certain how that will work, but on the other hand they did me a favor, I should have left half a year ago. I think they were taken aback about how chill I was regarding the whole thing.
  4. I have 1 episode left of Weak Hero s2. Will probably watch it tomorrow. Tbh, I kinda need a new lighthearted romantic k-drama to swoon over. Feels like I already watched everything that interests me, which sucks. Saw that Jung So-min had a new show in 2024, so went into it immediately.. just to see that I already saw it, lol. Or rather, I started watching it, but it didn't click with me at all and dropped it after a few episodes. Nothing new from Bae Suzy yet either, sux too.
  5. I know its really weird, but I really hate killing the caterpillars and the snails. They are just sweeties and so cute- could you possibly just make them a feedable bug as an option? As in you give them something edible they like and they give the production items such as the slime and small nubbins? Or something similar to that effect. Don't get me wrong, I know some would still want to slay them and all, but I struggle with doing so each time and it makes me feel guilty. Also highly suggest dialing it back on the scorpions ganging up on people- and letting them nest with wolf spiders. That was a crazy fight to deal with and try to recover a back pack from. Also, because I am evil, scorpions can live underwater for up to 2 days. If you wanted to include them in any water biomes. That would be pretty awesome. One last little thing, with all the new bugs and colors- maybe make some painting of various building items as options? It'd be kind of cool to just have a few colors to change building pieces too- just a random thought.
  6. Yup only Companion relationship ever show a breakdown of the different axis changes.
  7. Today
  8. Map a key to quick change between mutation loadouts. Can we get more than one hot pouch wheel? Also dont see the point of the the quick craft wheel, maybe replace that or the emote wheel with mutation select.
  9. No O.R.C. after beating game. Cant complete creature cards
  10. It'd be nice to configure the controls of my buggy as well.
  11. Hey, I went to farm blueberries it was at night and encountered the ORC Bumblebee for the quest. I'm not 100% sure but we didn't have the quest at that time yet. I ran away, not killing it. I did see it a day later still there. We are now caught up with the quest and went there, but the boss is nowhere to be found. The quest is not completed, and we ran around but can't find it anywhere. We are now stuck on this quest. Is there anyway we can still complete this? Kind regards,
  12. I've just finished Pillars 1 with the intention of exporting my character to game 2, I thought it would be a cool experience to see the whole story across two games. I feel absolutely heartbroken. I can clearly see that the engine is better, graphics, etc. a lot of improvements have been made on the finish of the game, but the **gameplay** absolutely crushed my enthusiasm. All I've been doing since installing the game is counting the nerfs, the wing-clips, difficulty increases, reduced options, etc. and just seething in frustration after having spent over 100 hours in the last game only to be constantly slapped over and over by a feeling of impotence in this one. I've made it to level 3 and I'm just about ready to uninstall and never look back. The only thing I like, other than the visuals, is team skillchecks. That's it. The rest is either "whatever" or between "bad" and "infuriating". Are there any mods that revert the rules back to Pillars 1 rules? I hate absolutely everything about the new character system, spells, classes, progression, the whole 9 yards. Also, are other games like Avowed more like POE2 or POE1? Did they revert back to Pillars 1 mentality or keep forcing this inferior system?
  13. Spoiler Alert: After getting the Orb Weaver mount I've got a new issue which is that when I hop off the Orb Weaver mount, I can't sprint any more. Perpetually walking and hitting the sprint button does nothing. I superquit and restarted the game at that point and loaded up where I left off and hit the sprint button and took off sprinting. Jumped on the Orb Weaver and ran around for a second and hopped off and tried to sprint and failed. Please fix this along with the Infinite Sizzle. Though I do want to fend off attackers I would like to run away sometimes too cause I'm busy and in the middle of some other task so its not great the sprint is broken after grinding for this orb weaver spider after having discovered its egg before KNOWING i'd be able to ride the spider. A bit disheartening.
  14. I think that in grounded 2.they should add the « distributeur to nearby chess from your inventory. Now puting it one by one is long for nothing
  15. Right, so it shows absolutely nothing until I hit a certain threshold, in contrast with the companion stuff that shows every entry...inconsistent design, but thank you for the answer.
  16. I get that its partially how lumen and lighting is working, but overall the general hue of the world makes my eyes feel weird after like 30 minutes of play. I miss the cleaner clear look of the first game. This one feels like I'm wearing blue light filtering glasses all the time. Maybe i'm in the minority of folks where this is bothersome, but as someone who put over 430 hours into the first game, and I'm already feeling visually tired by this one, I feel like just something is off with its overall environment color.
  17. Waiting for the back surgeon video appointment. If they (and hubby) say "yes", guess we'll be driving down to San Fran in the near future. It's "outpatient" surgery but I think still general anesthesia (likely so the patient won't move/sneeze/twitch re: delicate surgery fiddling) so would need driver after. I'm a little nervous for some reason. Just the fussy/worried spouse I guess. At least it's not the more mega/major fusion/replacement stuff.
  18. I might make an exception for my no monk rule so long that it doesn't use fists. I did Steel Garrote/Tricster already, although admittedly not with Voidwheel. It was an offensive parry WOTEP build, so probably very different.
  19. @Hurlshort, what post of mine did you like three hours ago and why is it now in one of Trump's extralegal gulags where I'm not allowed to visit it
  20. Since it was in my watchlist - rom-dramedy Destined With You/Netflix. After the first couple of episodes or so there were a few episodes of hilarity re: believed love potion hijinks, then it went for centuries ago past life/destiny with a dash of crazy stalker/killer. I'm pretty over the whole past-life hook in k-drama's so overall it was only mildly ok for me. It did however, kinda make me want to rewatch Goblin again.
  21. Ok so its not just me, good to know. This **** is literally making not want to play. Its already gotten me killed many times.
  22. Oh - yeah, that's kind of the point of the series. Which is why I mentioned shounen. Which I know can encompass various and broader friendship related themes vs. actual fights (like sports teams) but WH seems more akin to a schoolyard bully Bleach (especially the 2nd season) in terms of pacing. Fighting/confrontation every several chapters/pages, the end of every episode, or whatnot, working up to some big conflict denouement, with the general "friendship/hoohaaa/survival/conquer/victory". The episodes aren't that long 40min avg. vs. 50-60+) so it kinda feels a bit condensed in that way too. But yeah I would've liked a couple more episodes per season to flesh it out just a little more. eg, the friendships seem to happen overnight. I think WH2 is loosely based on a webtoon (unread by me), although my impression is that a lot of WH1 isn't actually in the webtoon itself - or maybe the webtoon had a lot of "backhistory" chapters and TV creators turned most of those into elaborated S1 backstory 1st season. Unsure. WH1 = "trauma", WH2 = PTSD/"recovery."
  23. After a bit more testing I'm pretty sure it's only items with itemmods that are applying the "-x% Hostile effect duration" directly as a status effect that can cause this bug. Which would explain why itemmods like Lone Wolf that apply the status effect through an ability won't trigger it.
  24. The use of holding the E button for a tool makes it have less feedback and makes it less immersive. I don't mind the E button for using the tool but changing it to the 9 key, will make it more like a physical item and tool than something that disappears. The 9 key is out the way so it doesn't get in the way in combat but can realistically added on to the hot bar without changing the UI that much. Also this would make it so we can use the right mouse button to interact. We would still only be able to use it on the materials like it is now but this way makes it more interactive and more an actual object than something that spawns out of nowhere. Multiple hotbars would be awesome to have again. Currently the inventory system is a bit clunky to use. I think starting off with only one is fine, but unlocking two or three additional ones over the course of the journey could work. Thankfully, with the addition of the omni-tool and the removal of the regular tools this issue isn't nearly as bad. I tend to carry around two to four different weapons for different combat scenarios. This alone take up half of the hotbar. I also bind my potions to the hotbar, so if I have more than a few I don't have anymore space to quickly change between items for combat. So right now I have to enter the inventory to equip my combat armor and potions to the hotbar. Despite my somewhat neutral tone, I am in love with this game right now and I cannot wait to see where this goes. I think that this could become my favorite game of all time. Keep up the great work obsidian!
  25. The same thing happens to me when I get to the stash of sweets near the bonfire—there are no enemies and I can't complete the mission because there's nothing to defeat.
  26. Use this console command to check: ToggleDispositionDebug Each rank should breakdown as: 4 points. 12 points. 25 points. 45 points.
  27. Just to add, im on steam playing single player, I did not have this issue on multiplayer with crossplay
