Did they release some kind of unannounced patch on steam or something? My client just dled something and ever since then I've been crashing or having to double click everything

Did you opt in for the beta patch branch ?

Oh good, it wasn't just me. 

Seems to be steam related then, GoG version works fine.

 

Maybe it helps if you apply the beta patch ? Can´t promise anything but it might help you.

Thank god I turned off Steam's auto-updating.

I read this title to mean there was a patch for stealth in the game....

So it's not just me...thank god.

I'm having that same problem with having to double-click everything. It's so annoying!

 

This mouse clicking problem can be solved by turning off Steam Overlay. It's the top option in Steam settings > In Game.

 

I just started getting this issue today and the above fixed it.

 

I also notice my Barbarian now has a dotted circle when I target someone, which I assume is the Carnage AOE range, so there's definitely been an update of some kind I think.
