In a subject verb object questioning sentence, you get a form of 'do' before the subject. And after a use of do/does/did, you always get the infinitive. So 'say', in this case.

That mod goes a long way to fixing the problem. The weapons are still weak in comparison to end-game uniques, but at least the spells themselves aren't trash. There are thre mods in there that are relevant. One makes them instant casts, another makes them last through combat, and another allows casting out of combat.

I don't understand how summoned weapons are anything but weak. The effects on unique weapons are just too strong.The max number of minions that can be summoned can be increased The  cps test max number of minions a player can summon at one time is 11, using Stardust Armor, Necromantic Scroll, Pygmy Necklace, Papyrus Scarab, Summoning Potion and Bewitching Table. to its ability to ignore a portion of enemy defense, the Blade Staff is a great weapon for summoners in early-to-mid Hardmode, as it is available as soon as Hardmode is initiated. However, considering the Blade Staff's difficulty to obtain as a summoner, the Spider Staff may be a better option to obtain first.
