As the title says, the 4th level wizard spell Essential Phantom is getting into melee range and punching enemies, dealing blunt damage to them. The spells description says that it should be dealing shock damage and from what I remember back in PoE1 it used to use a wand or something similar to stay at range. I've swapped Aloth's weapons to see if his default weapon was the reason but that didn't do anything. Hopefully it can be fixed.

same. this spell now is essentially useless. low accuracy and no dmg and blunt dmg. it was very strong in POE1, i hope it is a bug because it is terrible now.

agreed.

Have gun will travel.

I believe the higher level one (Substantial Phantom?) is bugged too. It's supposed to have a selection of spells but doesn't.

Perhaps it's all duplicates that are bugged, monk ability that summon 2 duplicates is useless too.
