I know the avatar can be changed to absolutely anything, but I am pretty insistent on playing Island Aumaua but the first few dialogues that has presented itself as such puts me at "Requirement not met".

I have no idea if this applies to the other races, I've had no issue with class choices so far or the cultural picks. (Because I have yet to see another race option dialogue just yet.)

Yeah, my new character is an Island Aumauan, and he's not recognized in dialogue options.

I have those options but I also have deadfire archipelago as my culture. What culture is your character set too? Shouldn't matter but I am curious if thisnis the only way to open the dialogue at this time.

I'm pretty sure those options are gated behind both Island Aumaua race *and* Deadfire Archipelago background.

Sure you're not Coastal Aumaua?

Just kidding :)

Hey everyone,

Thanks for looking into this. This dialogue option requires both Island Aumaua and the Deadfire Archipelago background. In the beta, we do not currently have support for displaying multiple qualifiers in dialogue options. However, we have implemented this in internal builds and if all goes well, we could possibly see it in a future beta build. Thanks again for the info, everyone!
