Need to sign in to Asmodee account every time now?

Hi,

 

Before the recent updates, I signed into my account for PA one time and then the app remembered me after that. After the recent updates, I need to sign in every time--is this what the developers intended?

 

If not, can you fix so that PA remembers our Asmodee account info after entering it the first time in the app? Thanks.

Hi Gamerfergy,

 

Please pm me your PFID for the account your device is logging into automatically, and the PFID of the account that you have after you log into your asmodee account.

I seem to be in a similar situation. For about the past week, when I open the app, it doesn't auto log into ANY account. I go into my settings where. I would normally find the PFID, and it is blank. I've had a handful of times in that same time period when it DOES auto log into my account, but not logging in seems way more common.

 

For reference, I only play on the iPad (don't have my account linked with any other types such as PC), and I don't remember ever manually linking to an Asmodee account...so if my account doesn't automatically log in (like it always did for the past year), I'm not even sure how to log in manually so I can continue.

Hey, thetang22.  You probably got logged out of iOS Game Center.  It happens every now and then, and it will prevent Pathfinder from syncing (and doing just about everything else).

 

On your iPad, open up Settings, the scroll down about a third of the way.  Game Center should be right above Twitter and Facebook options.  Once you're signed back in, restart Pathfinder and you should be good to go.

Thanks for the response Ethics gradient. I checked out your suggestion. The weird thing is, the Game Center didn't show me as being logged out....everything I saw suggested I was still logged in. However, I figured I would manually log out and back in, and after doing so, it seems the game recognizes my login.

 

There is still an issue, however. My in-game store does not always load when I open the app. Typically, if I just wait, it will EVENTUALLY load... but we are talking quite a while. This isn't a major problem most of the time, except for 1 annoyance. My characters have unique color dice assigned to them, and with. The store not loading, it shows my dice a the default blue as the only option. It resets my chosen color on them. I'm not sure why it would even do that, as anything else I have through the store seems to be recognized.
