Torin
Just notice that Torment’s Reach gets an ACC bonus: +7 at level 7 with dual hand or dual scimitars + 8 at level 8 (with same weapons) So, I'm guessing its +1/level. Quite heavy that is. Is that new?
MaxQuest
Spells and abilities get +1 acc per character level. So, probably for quite long. In a way it's similar with Carnage. The main hit with weapon does not get this bonus, but the 'offhits' do. 1 PoE1 useful stuff: attack speed calculator, unofficial patch mod, attack speed mechanics, dot mechanics, modals exclusivity rules PoE2 useful stuff: community patch, attack speed mechanics, enemy AR and defenses

Boeroer
A reason why barbs can't hit well with Carnage at lvl 1 - but from lvl 6 on can hit better with it than with their main attack (if they also took Accurate Carnage). Also a reason why some people who try out barbs think that they are bad... Deadfire Community Patch: Nexus Mods
Torin
From that logic: Does Monks get another ACC bonus from Swift Strikes?
Boeroer
No, that's not an active ability, it's just a buff. It has to be an "attack" - so to speak. Only things that do an attack roll (ACC + dice roll against enemies' defenses) get this bonus. So, it's CC spells/abilites and damaging spells/abilites. 1 Deadfire Community Patch: Nexus Mods
