In particular, heroes who close the location, but end their turn in it, should NOT any longer have their Hand Size increased +2 when resetting their hand.

I'm not aware if location powers are supposed to work after they're closed but there are many that do and do not work that are closed. Based on what I have seen it is NOT supposed to work so I'm guessing it is indeed a bug.

Тhe powers that are supposed to work after the location is closed remain written in the 'Location' box when the location closes ("Throne Room" is one such example). Others cease to exist immediately (see: defeating a Henchman and closing the Sandpoint Cathedral: even though you defeated a monster, the location is now closed, it's power no longer 'exists' and so you don't get to draw a Blessing from your discard pile)

I suppose this happens if your user interface is situated for tablet? but I'm playing on phone interface right now and the location power text DO NOT disappear from the locations. That being said not all location powers after closing activate, only some do and the Crypts of Gluttony happens to be one that does.

I played RotR card game a couple of weeks ago - If I remember correctly, the Crypts power DOES remain on the 'closed' side of the location card. So the app works as intended - the bug is that the power description disappears when you close the location.
