_Harwin_ Posted June 13, 2016 Posted June 13, 2016 Had Wild card power "Arrow Traps" active (roll after defeating a barrier, potentially take damage) Triggered pit of Malfeshnekor, declined all items. This treats barrier as "defeated", but no arrow traps triggered.
0 zeroth_hour Posted June 13, 2016 Posted June 13, 2016 Actually nothing in the card says that the barrier is defeated if you decline. The is in contrast to the Temptations in the Wrath of the Righteous set, which explicitly say the barrier is defeated when you decline. 0 Hannibal_PJV Posted June 13, 2016 Posted June 13, 2016 It say banish, so it actually is different thing. Good point zeroth hour!

0 Hannibal_PJV Posted June 13, 2016 Posted June 13, 2016 (edited) My malfeshnekor reads "Draw 3 items From the box. You may choose 1 and add it to your hand; banish any not chosen. If you added one to your hand, each character at this location is deal 1d4+1 fire damage. After the encounter, banish the pit of Melfeshnekor." So is there different versions of this card? I'm looking at the card in the Gallery. After the first sentence you quoted, there's "Otherwise, the barrier is defeated." 0 da_mayor Posted June 14, 2016 Posted June 14, 2016 Yeah, mine in the Gallery says, "...fire damage. Otherwise, the barrier is defeated." "I need a lie-down" is the new "I'll be in my bunk..."
0 Hannibal_PJV Posted June 14, 2016 Posted June 14, 2016 (edited) then the physical and digital versions have different wording, my card text is From physical version. So there is a text error in digital, or that the programming is made by using text From the physical version despite text change. Edited June 14, 2016 by Hannibal_PJV
0 _Harwin_ Posted June 14, 2016 Author Posted June 14, 2016 I'm fine with a simple wording change - I don't really *want* to be hit by arrow traps But yeah I was reading the digital version.
0 zeroth_hour Posted June 15, 2016 Posted June 15, 2016 Ah okay, I went off the reference of the physical card which doesn't have this text. If the PA version has worded like a Temptation, then it should deal damage You can use the 'Mark Solved' button beneath a post that answers your topic or confirms it's not a bug.
