So, what's the actual behavior of these cards? I.e. is the button text wrong, or is it the card text?

You can use the 'Mark Solved' button beneath a post that answers your topic or confirms it's not a bug.

The time that devs don't have to spend on the forum is a time they can spend on fixing the game.

hmm does it matter ? I don't remember which scenario power it is I don't think it varies according to he scenario power. :lol: whether wrong or not the behavior is consistent

They are mainstays in my deck. Figured I'd thin out the deck and make it spell heavy, but they both recharge on every scenario, including legendary.

Ok. So there is wrong text or the card has bugged rules then.
