I did very poorly and had one character die after 8 turns. I wanted to quit and start over. I could not find a way to do this. Is there one?

If you wanted to forfeit the scenario, there is not currently a way to do so (although, it is something we're considering).  For now, you'll have to skip turns using the double red arrows at the top right of the screen until the timer runs out, or kill off the other character.

I second a Forfeit option.

Thanks, I strongly recommend a forfeit option.

I agree, a forfeit button is necessary. Having a lousy start to a game is bad enough without having to sit through burning a pile of blessings or watching your characters commit suicide.

I agree as well. If you have a bad start and a character dies early. Its just tedious to have to kill off the other(s).

I concur.

Likewise, I would like to have a way to forfeit an adventure.

Without spoilers, there's a specific reason that if you're playing on Permadeath, the option to forfeit should be disabled (if implemented).

Since all phases of turns are optional, you can just keep on hitting the double red arrow (phase 4) until you run out of time?

This works really well if you only have one character remaining. Not a solution, but a stopgap way to do it for now.

Yes there is very good reason why there is no quitting option. It would broke some scenarios.

But maybe a fast go to end option?

Hmmm Which scenarios would quitting break?

The very last scenario of Rise of the Runelords and Skull & Shackles. I won't go into why due to spoilers, except to say that it's only really broken with Permadeth on.  If you'd like, I can PM you more in detail.

edit: I haven't finished Wrath, but given the paradigm, I'd say it's safe to say that the final scenario of Wrath would also pose a concern.

As one of our programmers would put it:

"Disable Forfeit button on last Scenario of each Campaign."

That would do!
