Infinitron Posted November 18, 2015 Posted November 18, 2015 He means he doesn't have talent as an artillery engineer.
FlintlockJazz Posted November 18, 2015 Posted November 18, 2015 Yeah, as Infinitron said he just means he ain't an engineer or weaponsmith, nor makes the actual gunpowder himself. He can still fire a gun without knowing how it works, just like how your average person can drive a car without having a clue on how they actually work. 1 "That rabbit's dynamite!" - King Arthur, Monty Python and the Quest for the Holy Grail "Space is big, really big." - Douglas Adams
Mazisky Posted November 18, 2015 Posted November 18, 2015 I'm using a keyboard to write this message but i have no talent in hardware
Zenbane Posted November 18, 2015 Posted November 18, 2015 lol yeah it makes no sense, as "talent with gunpowder" is more commonly used to boast of ones ability to shoot a gun. Maybe Kana is referring to his Miss Rate? I noticed that he misses quite a bit, and loads very slowly. That can certainly count as "talentless"
Parasol_Syndicate Posted November 20, 2015 Posted November 20, 2015 Kana is an intellectual; he is far more impressed with the alchemy and mathematics required to craft propellents. But the skinny, short things running around the Dyrwood? He can mow those down with blade or gun, no problem. Magran's fire casts light in Dark Places...
JerekKruger Posted November 20, 2015 Posted November 20, 2015 lol yeah it makes no sense, as "talent with gunpowder" is more commonly used to boast of ones ability to shoot a gun. It does? I have literally never heard anyone say they have "talent with gunpowder" to mean "I am good with guns".
Fenixp Posted November 20, 2015 Posted November 20, 2015 I have literally never heard anyone say they have "talent with gunpowder" 2
JerekKruger Posted November 20, 2015 Posted November 20, 2015 I have literally never heard anyone say they have "talent with gunpowder" Yeah, that would probably have been a more accurate statement than the one I made.
