Animal Companion Combat Bonuses?

Started a new 2.02 game recently. I got Sagani, she's level 6, and I see no animal companion combat bonuses on her sheet.

I never had her leave my party.

I loaded an old 1.06 save, and there the bonuses are visible on her sheet.

I have added a bug into our database, though it appears that it is only affecting your save. Do you recall what build it was when you created this game?

Brand new 2.02 (which means 2.02.0749 PX1).

 

Anything I can do about it? Are the bonuses just hidden from the sheet, or does it mean the pet doesn't get them at all? D:

Its possible that it could just be a UI issue and Itumaak is still getting the bonuses, but we'll look into it.

I'd like to add that starting a new game with a ranger, and using the console to level it up, also shows the same behavior. I don't get the animal companion combat bonuses.

Since 2.01, maybe back in 2.03.

It does look like your animal companion is not getting the ability in the character sheet, but it does seem that they are still applying to the animal companion. I have updated the bug into our database.

I didn't know where to log this query:

Why does the animal companion bypass 8 DR? 

It has the talent (3 DR bypass), but I cannot figure out that additional 5.

That's true, but in the game apparently there is no description about this.

Yeah, unfortunately there is no way to look at your animal companion stats, there is a suggestion in right now for just that. Maybe in a future update, but that is wishful thinking as it would require quite a bit of work.
