Hi all,

 

 

I have a ranger elf level 8 with a Bear, when i respec him my bear loses "animal companion combat bonuses", nothing appears in "active effects" and "abilities". I leave the character's levelup window each level and use the "+" icon but it does not work.

 

When i make another ranger in a tavern i have the same problem.

 

When i play with an old save (level 3 to 4) my bear does not learn "animal companion combat bonuses".

 

I want a powerfull bear please !

This looks like the bug where some companion talents/abilities affect the ranger instead of the pet. It happens when you level up using the respec/custom NPC hiring interface, so an easy fix is to respec, but exit the interface as soon as possible (on level 1) and level up via the plus sign on the portrait instead.

 

Note that Sagani has a slightly different (and exploitable) version of this bug: as Ituumak is not replaced by a new pet on respec (unlike PC/custom rangers' companions), he gets to keep some abilities on respec. It appears that in the interfaces mentioned above the abilities get both added to and deleted from the ranger instead of the pet, which would explain both bugs.

I love this game but since the discovery of this bug and reading threads about other bugs (like here : https://forums.obsidian.net/topic/81689-ranger-is-heavily-bugged/) I'm afraid to continue my game. It may be better to wait for the patch 2.02 no ?

I hope that the loss of "animal companion combat bonuses" when you respec is also in your database.

 

@ Aarik D : my save is just before my respec, maybe it's a bad choice and you wanted after.

Bonjour, visiblement le patch 2.02 est déployé mais il ne corrige pas le bug du pet du rôdeur, comme quoi ce n'était pas la peine de me coller dans le message "Those issues have been confirmed in this thread. http://forums.obsidi...heavily-bugged/" si vous n'en aviez rien à faire. Votre jeu partait pourtant bien mais puisqu'il est farci de bugs, et je ne suis pas le seul à m'en plaindre, il reste une belle déception à mes yeux car je me retrouve à avoir échangé de l'argent contre un produit inutilisable.

Je voulais acheter votre dlc mais je ne vais pas le faire histoire de ne pas me faire enfler 2 fois, il en va de même pour la deuxième partie prévue ainsi que pour le second volet. Si j'étais vous je ne collerais pas fièrement dans les écrans de chargement que vous avez  été sponsorisé par plusieurs centaines de joueurs, ils pourraient mal le prendre au regard du résultat.

 

Ps : étant en colère je ne vais pas me fendre d'essayer de parler anglais, à votre tour d'utiliser le dictionnaire français-anglais si l'envie vous en prend de me répondre.

Ps 2 : ne pouvant finir le jeu dans des conditions convenables est ce que vous remboursez votre produit presque fini ? Je peux être bon prince, j'en ai fait la moitié, j’accepte un demi remboursement.
