They're characters written by backers. They don't do anything, I just ignore them.

This litle stories are to honour backers, and i prefer that instead of 101 DLC if game was published by "Big Company".

Basically those guys are kickstarter backers in-game, with their own stories, you can reach for everyone's soul, but also you don't need to do it. Just a filler to the story.
