Somehow is easier for me to believe that 12 years olds are more capable of murder than 6 years old. Probably because some of the ones I've met are very keen on stabbing people. I'd say the answer to that question is kind of like the answer to "who's the sucker in this poker game?"* *If you can't tell, it's you.
