I have seen several times that the health bar over enemies' heads go down when they're struck by Iconic Projection. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Not sure if it was noted in the combat log, because the combat log is terrible. Edit: I also just did a test to see if it maybe just affected allies OR enemies, but it seems to be affecting both correctly. Can you check the combat log and hover over the damage to make sure and post a screenshot? Thanks a bunch!
