Edit: It's just the first update! (1.0.3.0524) So better wait for the hotfix.

 

Hope they will release it also today. Nice that they are working today.

Seems that they've released a cute delta patch.

wait is that 83MB really the big 1.03 patch? I heard the fix afterwards is ~500MB so how is that possible?

Yes, it is. As I said - it's just a delta patch.

 

But I wouldn't recommend to install unless the hotfix isn't released.

What do you mean a delta patch? They made a ton of fixes and balancing

delta - very small

haven't heard the term related to patches and the likes before, but the term comes from math

delta means just the difference. A delta patch is created by comparing the existing files with the new ones.

That way there can be very efficient patches which will just replace/change the bits that are necessary,

So how far is it safe to play...i restarted and i`m a cypher about to enter the first village.

I`m on hardest diff and only use in game copanions not the ones that we can make. So am i good? what should i expect.?

Amazing, I can get patches faster for the game by pirating than via the service I PAID FOR. Guess where I'll be shopping next time, GOG.
