April 3, 201510 yr Hi all, i just want to know how the 3 different mental attribute influence the conversation, what's the difference in disposition and approach for the situations for each one? They have some cap for checks? Thank you all in advance
April 3, 201510 yr Conversation options is not only affected by "mental attributes", it appears to be affected by all attributes. E.g. high Might and Dexterity can enable unique choices, just like Intellect and Perception can.

April 4, 201510 yr Author So a perception character alwayas notice particular things, intellect is always problemsolving andresolve is leadership all the time? Thats what im asking, how the interaction change from mental attribute to mental attribute (im interested in wich one to rise for rp purpose)
April 4, 201510 yr Resolve has a lot of dialogue checks, along with Perception. The issue is that max on both those stats are only ever useful for a Tanking character.
April 4, 201510 yr I've seen uses for Might, Intellect, and Dexterity too. I have a project. It's a tabletop RPG. It's free. It's a work in progress. Find it here: www.brikoleur.com
April 4, 201510 yr You can also pretty easily boost your attributes by 2 points using items, so if u want to meta-game u can always have that as well SPOILER: also found +3 cloak (the wailing banshee quest) Edited April 4, 201510 yr by endruwiggin

It tells you in the character generation screen: Might: Intimidating displays and acts of brute force Constitution: Withstand pain or endure physically taxing situation Dexterity: Slight of hand and fast reactions Perception: catch a lie, comment on appears or notice background details Intelligence: deduction, realisation and problem solving Resolve: Intimidation, leadership and convincing performance

April 4, 201510 yr Ok thanks to all, indecided between intelligence and perception, but seems like you need high int for some coiche. how many piece of gear can you enchant for stats? Eight. But the same enchantment won't stack.
April 4, 201510 yr Author So you can have only one +1 and one +2 in total? Edited April 4, 201510 yr by helmino
April 4, 201510 yr So you can have only one +1 and one +2 in total? If you have an item that gives you a +1 to int and one that gives you a +2 to int, then the +1 bonus won't be applied because of the +2. Bonuses to the same stat do not stack. Having multiple items that give a bonus to the same stat is meaningless in this game.
