Question

After playing for a while there is a stuttering sound played. It sounds like a page in a book beeing flipped, just repeated endlessly in a very short interval. It's pretty annoying... It happend around five times now: first time after ~1hour, last time after ~10 minutes. When doing save, quit and load it goes away. It does not go away when I just save and load.

Try turning off the tutorial tip/window setting.

Same issue, tutorial scroll sound is in a loop... turning it off does help (but that is not a solution for everyone)... other then that great game :)

Yes, this seems to solve it. Altough I would like to read the tutorial messages :)

And yes, the game is definitely great!

Hello,

While playing the first few hours of the game, I've encountered time and again a very annoying audio loop that sounds like a flapping noise. The looping bit is quite short (less than half a second), and plays indefinitely until I quit the game and reload the save. Quickloading is not enough to end it. It usually happens right after combat ends, or NPC interaction. I do have out my pledge Wurm companion at all times.

Is this a known issue?

Thanks.

Topics merged as there seems to be a workaround solution to the problem.  I hope so, at least.  :Cant's wry grin icon:

Sorry, didn't see this one before making the thread. I'll try disabling the tutorial tips, since I'm not exactly a newbie in the genre, but would be nice to have access to them nevertheless.

Thanks.
