Bug: Hiring level 4 adventurer hires level 1 adventures and still uses the money

Bug in title. Haven't tested if same happens with level 2 and 3 adventurers

Expected behavior: That level 4 adventurer is hired

Yup, I can confirm this!

If you hire a 4th level adventurer at the Draconian inn, you lose 4,000 cp, but you still just get a lvl 1 adventurer. Bummer!

Same thing happened with the level 3 adventurer for me.

Yes, both the level 2 and level 3 adventurers that I've tried hiring have ended up being level 1.

Stupid question - do you have to manually level the adventurer (ie buying a level 4 adventurer gives you a level 1 adventurer who can be leveled to level 4, or do they start with no experience?)
