Using mouse scroll zooms in/out only the fog of war

When I use my mouse scroll to zoom in or out, it doesn't zoom my view, it just zooms the entire fog of war so the radius becomes smaller. It doesn't reduce my view, it makes the fog of war effect smaller, as if it's a picture that I'm zooming in or out on.

 

I'll update with a screenshot later.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
