Likening it to eating pork is mendacious at best. 1) It is their fault - they violate the law by illegally crossing the border. Anything else is secondary. But Qatar is hosting a FIFA world cup in the next decade or so, so several discussions need to be had about points like where can fans drink and gay rights of fans who visit the country.
