C2B Posted June 4, 2012 Posted June 4, 2012 (edited) Trust me, it's better this way. You would have wasted some precious time. I'm reading up on it. Pretty depressing outlook(aside from South Park). Edited June 4, 2012 by C2B
Starwars Posted June 4, 2012 Posted June 4, 2012 (edited) Here's the bit where Matt & Trey take the stage also: http://www.gametrailers.com/video/e3-2012-south-park/730941 EDIT: Also, if I heard correctly just now Matt & Trey will apparently talk a bit about the game on the gametrailers stream soon. Lexx Posted June 4, 2012 Posted June 4, 2012 The trailer is p.nice, imo. "only when you no-life you can exist forever, because what does not live cannot die."
Starwars Posted June 4, 2012 Posted June 4, 2012 Was a small interview with Matt & Trey just now as well on the game but nothing really new, mostly them just goofing off. Though they did mention that writing for a game was definitely very different and challenging. kirottu Posted June 4, 2012 Posted June 4, 2012 Nice trailer! This post is not to be enjoyed, discussed, or referenced on company time.
C2B Posted June 4, 2012 Posted June 4, 2012 I've already seen Bethesda and Bioware attributed to the game despite Matt & Trey specifically naming Obsidian.
Wombat Posted June 5, 2012 Posted June 5, 2012 So, they are making fun of RPG format. Well, it will work - making fun of anything is the point of South Park, after all. Hope things will turn well for Obsidian, too. For developing graphic heavy games, competing against AAA titles was kinda...losing fight.
WorstUsernameEver Posted June 5, 2012 Posted June 5, 2012 I've already seen Bethesda and Bioware attributed to the game despite Matt & Trey specifically naming Obsidian. This kind of stuff always happens though, and not only to Obsidian. Best not to take it to heart and move on.
Pidesco Posted June 5, 2012 Posted June 5, 2012 Is the writing completely up to the South Park dudes or is Obsidian writing stuff as well?
