One thing I'll say - being an independent developer gives you access to franchises I never thought possible a few years back.

This makes me all anxious. Announce something already! :)

Thanks for the article, funcroc. :)

Yea, I felt they are doing some experimental things with DLCs..., which doesn't meant that I wouldn't like to play them at "experimental" status.

...And thus, Amnesia: The Dark Descent was added to my list... >_<

I'm scared of that game. Would love to play it, but it's scary :)

TES:M2? The Elder Scrolls: Morrowind 2?

ShadowScythe: There's a theory that funcroc is like Skynet. Only difference is he searces for everything Obsidian related instead of aiming for the end of the world, though that might be on his list next...

Theories about Funcroc's nature range from a genie in a bottle over the building maintenance guy having installed CCTV to being an alt for Feargus so he can share information without stepping on published toes. Alternatively, he could be a games news broker (think 'Shadowbroker') with a soft spot for Obsidian.

With my luck, the next game will be an isometric, turn based crpg running on a smartphone that I don't have and don't want ;)
