Nope.

It's the same old debate again. Alpha Protocol's combat system is character-based while Hitman's is player-based.

These accessories are helping Mike to aim - If there were a clear graphical sign every moment where you're aiming, it would make the aiming player based. Which is not the way the game was designed.

You do know where exactly you're aiming. It's just a circle, not a dot.

 

Unless you do critical strike, which you'll do a lot of the time anyway.
