Guest The Architect
What a horrible piece of **** ****. My heart goes out to those poor girls who had to endure that atrocity for so ****in long. Who was the dumb bitch that married this **** in the first place? This should never have happened because **** like this shouldn't be breeding.
SteveThaiBinh
Anyway, I wonder if we'll see again another media-uproar a'la Fritzl? I think not. Britain's just had a massive media uproar over the death of Baby P. With his parents prosecuted and jailed, the uproar focused on the failure of social services to spot the problem and deal with it, and I think this new case will feed into that debate. Deadly_Nightshade
With his parents prosecuted and jailed... This is slightly off-topic, but didn't they only get charged with negligence and allowing him to die and not the act itself? Personally I would have charged them with more... "Geez. SteveThaiBinh
According to wikipedia, the mother's boyfriend was found not guilty of murder, and there was insufficient evidence to bring a case against the mother. They were found guilty of "causing or allowing the death of a child or vulnerable person". "An electric puddle is not what I need right now." Gorgon
It's strange how strong a hold fear and terror can produce. I mean the children could have run off at any time and told their story to the police, and that would have been that, there is no way they would have been let back in the house. Walsingham
I agree with Gorgon. The saddest parrt, but not the only sad part, in all this is that they didn't NEED to be locked in a basement. They were locked in their own family. "It wasn't lies. It was just... bull****"." -Elwood Blues tarna's dead; processing... complete. Disappointed by Universe. Rosbjerg
Maybe I misunderstood it, but still 20 years in a prison is a really long time.. his life will effectively be over, not to mention that he won't exactly have the smoothest of rides in there, as other criminals have quite a picking order and these guys are at the absolut bottom. The guards probably won't help him out either, so it's gonna be living hell for him. 20 years of constant fear of what other extremely bad men will do to you. I know he's a scumbag, but that my friend, is not getting off easy. Fortune favors the bald.
Gfted1
Wow, terrible story. I dont get this part: and was sentenced to serve 25 life sentences to run concurrently. Gorgon
A life sentence usually isn't, that's why they have the designation 'life without the possibility of parole'. Gfted1
But whats the point of giving 25 life sentences if they are running concurrently? Might as well be 100, 1000, bazillion. Trenitay
Because if the first life sentence expires while hes in there they want to make sure he is still in jail. Those life sentences are notorious for expiring before the criminals life is over. Hey now, my mother is huge and don't you forget it. The drunk can't even get off the couch to make herself a vodka drenched sandwich. Octopus suck.
Gfted1
The sentences would haveto run consecutively vice concurrently for that to be true. "I'm your biggest fan, Ill follow you until you love me, Papa"
