July 18, 200817 yr I saw lightning strike outside my window when I was looking out it. That was good enough for me. I don't go near windows during a storm any more. Hades was the life of the party. RIP You'll be missed.

July 18, 200817 yr yes, it could work out that way. as it turned out, he simply had a melted wedding band. i rarely wear mine anyway, and i don't work with PCBs much anymore either (i used to crank a new one out about once every 4 months the first 5-6 years of my career). now i are mostly a software weenie, so i don't have to worry about electramocution. taks comrade taks... just because.

July 18, 200817 yr I've had mountain strike a mountainside about 100 yards away from me. Most enlivening! Worst electricity incidents have all been badly wired third world bloody light switches. Nothing is guaranteed to make you less sympathetic to the silly bastards. I quite fancy getting struck by lightning if I could survive with the burned capillary effect I saw on another survivor a few years back (on telly).
