Rest in Peace Old Wizard....

IB1OsQq.png

he's gone to that great, outer plane in the sky.

he was like the George Lucas of the RPG genre. or the Yoda.

RIP, sir, RIP.

dumber than a bag of hammers

Is it because he saw the previews of 4e?

OR.....

Don't we have to wait until he gets to -10 hit points?

OR.....

Did he drop any good loot?

OR.....

etc. etc. etc.

This is sad news. The entire gaming community owes the man a huge debt of gratitude. May you rest in peace Gary Gygax!

Strength through Mercy

Head Torturor of the Cult of the Anti-gnome

Sad day. RIP G.G.

Too bad he failed that last saving throw. I would have liked to hear his sentiments on 4th edition.

I was raised by polar bears. I had to fight against blood thirsty wolves and rabid penguins to get my food. Those who were too weak to survive were sent to Sweden.

It has made me the man I am today. A man who craves furry hentai.

So let us go and embrace the rustling smells of unseen worlds

My condolances to his family and P&P role-players everywhere.

While I have at times voiced critical responses to Mr. Gygax's statements of the past, that should not be taken as a sign of disrespect - one of the fathers of RPG is gone...

May he rest in peace.
