When life gives you lemons, don't make lemonade - make life take the lemons back! Get mad! I don't want your damn lemons, what am I supposed to do with these? Demand to see life's manager. Make life rue the day it thought it could give Cave Johnson lemons. Do you know who I am? I'm the man who's gonna burn your house down! With the lemons. I'm going to to get my engineers to invent a combustible lemon that burns your house down!"
Enoch Posted December 1, 2007 Posted December 1, 2007 The fact that he has died is not at all shocking. The fact that he died at 69 year of age, at home, and of natural causes* is absolutely amazing. The ultimate achievement for a daredevil. R.I.P. * Sure, the various injuries, surgeries, and pain killers he endured over the years probably didn't exactly help him fight off the diseases that killed him, but still, 69 years is nothing to sneeze at.
Meshugger Posted December 3, 2007 Posted December 3, 2007 What? The guy was still alive? Amazing. Walsingham Posted December 3, 2007 Posted December 3, 2007 Doesn't say what he died of. My guess would be after so much body trauma he had cancer. "It wasn't lies. Enoch Posted December 3, 2007 Posted December 3, 2007 Doesn't say what he died of. My guess would be after so much body trauma he had cancer. He was suffering from a combination of diabetes, pulminory fibrosis, hepatitis C (likely contracted via a post-accident blood transfusion), and the aftermath of 2 prior strokes. I doubt that the doctors bothered much in figuring out which of these ailments pushed him over the edge.
