You have to bear with the normal robes I'm afraid. Hopefully, if KOTOR III is made, then hooded robes will become an option.

There is a mod that allows you hoods, but it is a hood designed to go with darkside/black robes, You have to equip it as if it where a mask, but its got pretty good stats.

No hoods but at least the robes look better than K1 robes.

And game has variability with several kinds of robes. Like matukai, Ossus, Padawan. Colours for robes are also more detailed, apart from different bonus increases to stats.

No, but you can download various mods such as Darth Revan Robes, Darth Nihilus robes, etc, which comes with hoods.

Since game has rain-like effects on Dxun, reason for using hoods could be shielding oneself from being rain. Apart from being used for masking character identity, otherwise leaving hoods on robe without being able to use them is a bit like having Atris keeping lightsaber for character and not being able to have it returned.

There is a very good Hood mod made by Avol. The problem is that it's hosted on pcgamemods.com which is no longer active.
