kirottu Posted August 10, 2006 Posted August 10, 2006 Metal flask would have been soo much cooler. This post is not to be enjoyed, discussed, or referenced on company time.
Pidesco Posted August 10, 2006 Posted August 10, 2006 Meh. Behind the scenes stuff would have been so much cooler. Of course, if the figurine is a sculpture of MCA, and the ring has a stone shaped like Feargus' head, my opinion might change. Pidesco Posted August 10, 2006 Posted August 10, 2006 Maybe there's a collector's edition for each alignment. Pidesco Posted August 10, 2006 Posted August 10, 2006 Yes, but dumber things have happened. Morgoth Posted August 10, 2006 Posted August 10, 2006 (edited) Apart from the Soundtrack CD, the other fancy stuff is useless. I rather want to see a 2-hour Making Of than some FR handkerchief to clean your nose. Edited August 10, 2006 by Morgoth Rain makes everything better.
Delerius_Jedi Posted August 10, 2006 Posted August 10, 2006 GAME in Denmark, and I assume other countries offer the Collector's Edition of Neverwinter Nights 2 in both a Lawful Good and a Chaotic Evil editon. Lawful Good is bright, beige/yellow, while Chaotic Evil is the dark red seen in the screenshot the OP put up. I'm getting Chaotic Evil (w00t)
Pidesco Posted August 10, 2006 Posted August 10, 2006 And chaotic neutral people are discriminated again. <_> When will it ever end?? :'( "My hovercraft is full of eels!" - Hungarian touristI am Dan Quayle of the Romans.I want to tattoo a map of the Netherlands on my nether lands.Heja Sverige!!Everyone should cuffawkle more. The wrench is your friend.
Kaftan Barlast Posted August 10, 2006 Posted August 10, 2006 They appear to have cut the list of included items somewhat from what they first listed http://forums.obsidianent.com/index.php?sh...ic=42518&st=30# DISCLAIMER: Do not take what I write seriously unless it is clearly and in no uncertain terms, declared by me to be meant in a serious and non-humoristic manner. @\NightandtheShape/@ Posted August 10, 2006 Posted August 10, 2006 COOL a free tea towel! "I'm a programmer at a games company... REET GOOD!" - Me
Dark_Raven Posted August 10, 2006 Posted August 10, 2006 Like WoW! (w00t) Hades was the life of the party. RIP You'll be missed.

Nartwak Posted August 11, 2006 Posted August 11, 2006 (edited) The game is sold separately. Edited August 11, 2006 by Nartwak
Jack_Wellington Posted August 11, 2006 Posted August 11, 2006 Yes, but dumber things have happened. I like this comment!
Fenghuang Posted August 11, 2006 Posted August 11, 2006 The game is sold separately. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> No, I meant copies of the original Neverwinter Nights and the Bio made expansions in the same box. I took out a preorder because I wanted them. RIP
Azure79 Posted August 11, 2006 Posted August 11, 2006 As much as I am looking forward to this game, the extras aren't really thrilling.
Nartwak Posted August 11, 2006 Posted August 11, 2006 No, I meant copies of the original Neverwinter Nights and the Bio made expansions in the same box. I took out a preorder because I wanted them. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Oh, I see. I didn't know that was ever offered. My mistake. Though, the NWN2 game disc isn't actually listed in the contents advertised.
Atreides Posted August 11, 2006 Posted August 11, 2006 The LG, TN and CE allignment boxes would be pretty sweet. Something like the Warcraft 3 boxes. It might encourage ppl to splash the cash over the old regular Evil Eye. Spreading beauty with my katana.
SteveThaiBinh Posted August 11, 2006 Posted August 11, 2006 It has to be a heavy, good quality cloth map. I've had cloth maps that wouldn't last a week as a tea towel. Are the contents of the LG and CE editions different in any way, or just the box? I object to the LG box being beige, by the way. I think the Kotor games have firmly established that evil is red and good is blue. Beige is lawful neutral. "An electric puddle is not what I need right now." (Nina Kalenkov)
Judge Hades Posted August 11, 2006 Posted August 11, 2006 I like getting the soundtrack over the clohe map, but both are good.
