Fair enough, would take Kreia then. While her manipulation can be a bit excessive, some points she makes from her teachings about showing Exile life without Force does have some sense too.

why is darth trayas gender listed as unknoown?

creepy!

The Exile's voice was stern

"Darth Nihilus, remove your mask"

The Sith Lord slowly raised his hands to his face. In utter shock, the Exile looked upon the face of.....

Jolee Bindo!!

Another thing about Kreia is her attributes. Probably almost only force user in K2 who starts out with having Wisdom, Constitution and Dexterity at 16 and has finesse with melee weapons, apart from having Intelligence at at least 14.

Obi-Wan Kenobi. Nuff said... the masters in the time of the old Republic couldn't wield lightsabers properly. As said by Kreia, they only 'played' with it.

It seemed to me that Kreia was playing with her 3 dumb lightsabers at the end as well... and I wouldn't call the KOTOR uncapable of using lightsabers... I think they are exceptionally good.

Personally, I think Obi-Wan is one of the greatest Jedi but he isn't definitely a skilled lightsaber wielder... Anakin was better... and maybe even Count Dooku.

I would say they are pretty much on par in Lightsaber combat. Obi-Wan did train Anakin. (Well not basing it on the duel in Episode IV if you know what I mean. Even Jedi would get a bit rusty after well more than 15 years of no true Lightsaber opponents ;) )

Obi-Wan's exceptional skill at Lightsaber combat, his true being reflects his intimate knowledge of the Light side. Extremely limited knowledge is available of any of the true Jedi Masters of the KotoR period. Revan and the Exile didn't truly understand the Light Side in my opinion. The Exile may become a true competitor for this 'title.' Luke also only began training at a very late age. Hell the council even thought Anakin to be too old. Those things makes a difference. Even if Luke became a true Jedi Master and had all the natural ability and skill, his basis of Jedi training is flawed. Not in his trainers (he had the best :D ), but the timing.

No true exceptional masters has so been delivered in the time of KotoR. Only two stands for the title of the 'Greatest Jedi Master of all' imo:

Yoda

Obi-Wan Kenobi

Out of that list, I'd probably say Luke.

I don't know whether to consider Revan a master or not. The Chronicles refer to him as a master in one section, then a knight in another. And Vandar calls Revan "the prodigal knight" in K1. There's a good chance Revan became a master during or after K2.

I'd say the Exile, Luke and Revan tie for most powerful, followed by Yoda.

Well, I would have to go with Revan first, then Yoda, before Revan's mind was "purged" of his memories it seemed like he had strength and power that most Jedi couldn't comprehend since he knew about the "true" Sith before hand and knew more than other Jedi wouldn't even think about in his position. Yoda, is alright, to me he isn't as powerful as other Jedi Masters, but in his age he was powerful. Luke isn't htat powerful either, much more overrated than the others, but he would come in third though... Even though he didn't really bring balance to the force...
