There is infact a House of the Dead 4 but so far only for Arcades.

Then again so was Virtua Tennis Arcade only untill yesterday

so its possable.

Todays announcement isnt for me:

I am guessing they reveal the less attractive titles early on and saving the big titles until last. That probably means we won't be getting any more information about Obsidian's SEGA title until just before E3. Bummer.

And today's game is.. SEGA RALLY

They did have some seriously fun arcade rally games, though ...

For serious.

SEGAs old SEGA Rally games were amazing.

The Saturn one and DreamCast/PC one were great.

The PS2 one was a bit crap though.

 

But they have made a team at SEGA Europe just for SEGA Racers

Also I heard that some of the new members worked on

the Colin McRay(sp?) Rally series.

 

I hope it turns great if its anything as good as OutRun2 is

then its SOLD!

Yeah, well, I really hope it's nothing like Outrun 2 myself. While Outrun 2 is great with its arcadey feel, I really want slightly more of a simulation feel in my rally games. If they've managed to steal away some of the Colin boys, then that's great because it seems getting that "feel like you're in total control of your car" thing going seems to be a problem for most developers. Colin and Xpand Rally are the only two games I've got that feeling from lately.

 

Oh, and of course Richard Burns Rally, although that's too far into the simulation field for my taste. It's too damn difficult!

Anyhow, have you noticed the kingly guy with the armour and sword in the background on that E3 page? Is that some sort of artwork from one of their upcoming so-far-unnanounced titles perhaps..? It's weird in any case.

Are they actually going to show something cool?

I guess there'll be Medieval 2, which people generally seem to like.

It looks like the guy on the cover of the Age of Empires II box... ALOT

 

It looks really really really familiar to me atleast...and I cannot recall buying/playing a SEGA game in a long while

The crown and the red surcoat make it look like Richard. But you cant see the three lions so it might not be.
