Walsingham
I am party to a bet, which needs to work out which TV show has sold to more countries - Miss Marple shows, or Poirot shows. That is, number of countries, NOT quantities. Can anyone help me find out? "It wasn't lies. It was just... bull****"." -Elwood Blues tarna's dead; processing... complete. Disappointed by Universe. Surreptishus
This says the Marple series was broadcast The UK, US and Germany but it doesnt specify if they were the only countries to get Miss Marple. TV.com says that Poirot has been sold to 100+ countries. Fun Fact: there was a japanese anime version of both.

Laozi
Canada doesn't count period People laugh when I say that I think a jellyfish is one of the most beautiful things in the world. What they don't understand is, I mean a jellyfish with long, blond hair.

Walsingham
But how many countries for Miss Marple? I know we know Poirot more now, because frankly it's much better, then one has to remember the shows are more recent. Incidentally, did you know that Agatha Christie hated Poirot and kept trying to drop him? "It wasn't lies. It was just... bull****"." -Elwood Blues tarna's dead; processing... complete. metadigital
I thought this was a putative contest to ascertain who would win a whodunnit-athon, the Belgian with a facial-hair-fetish, or the near-dead busy-body. I think Marple would wipe the floor with Poirot ... OBSCVRVM PER OBSCVRIVS ET IGNOTVM PER IGNOTIVS OPVS ARTIFICEM PROBAT
