They are, if your graphics card's good enough. I have to run at minimum settings to get decent performance.

 

BTW I upped the resolution for that pic. You really don't want to know what it looks like in 640x480.

Don't forget to change the RGB balance to make everything brown.

I have to agree with Volourn.  Bioware is pretty much dead now.  Deals like this kills development studios.
