Me and my former band were in a studio to record a few songs a couple of years ago, and as we were discussing hand claps and how to make them sound good, the studio guy came up with a funny anecdote. He'd had a hard-rock band there a few weeks earlier who were recording a song with hand claps, but it just didn't sound any good.
