No sense in waiting for it yet. Not from Obs anyway. Maybe after a few years something like Floodgate or Flagship might pick it up, the new rpg powerhouses I mean. Obs is too occupied and Bio finally got rid of Lucas.

Nah, they have three games in the pipe and are under Vivendi. Not a change.

It'd be hard to make K3 in a way that finishes the revan and exile stories, because there is too much customization of the characters. Male/female and lightside/darkside. It'd be hard to have 16 different storylines neh? (for example, male revan lightside and female exile darkside.. female revan darkside, male exile darkside.. etc.) Of course they could always make it really generalised so that it doesn't matter if they're male/female lightside/darkside, which they were kind of able to do in K2, but for K3 it would be a big missing story component.

 

And I would still buy K3 because I liked K1, and I like RPG's, and even if it is practically nothing but more of the same thing, then i will still like it.

i think that if they do make a kotor 3 than there gonna make a kotor 4, and finish up the series in kotor 5. for some reason i just see it happening that way. lets face it, i really dont think there going to answer all the questions in kotor 3. theres just to many.

KOTOR3 would make money, which is the primary objective of any major company nowadays, also the series NEEDS a 3rd game to conclude the storyline. I'd like to know which companies you have heard from that said "well screw that" about kotor3

 

And the sexual orientation of lucas arts has nothing whatsoever to do with it rushing games.

'Gay' on an interweb board can mean a lot of things. Though we use 'ghey' to properly differentiate 'jolly' or 'homosexual' from 'fubar', 'lame' or perhaps 'pure shit'. Although the context usually gets the meaning across rather well. That's internet ling0 for you.

 

And no one cares about money if as much could be made under the leash of more, shall we say, benevolent companies.

I agree ...there is alot of money to be made from making KOTOR3, and I can't really see it being knocked on the head, there would too much of a demand for it, regardless of what everyone thinks of the short comings of the previous games
