I mean, if he can last a month of travelling with his injury before dying, if they had actually stopped, dressed it, stiched him up, and had him rest for a couple weeks, he likely would have survived. Pullo definitely was a major highlight in the series, all told. Which is funny because in the first part of the 1st season I was thinking he was just going to be the "big dumb muscle" character for the others to bounce off of. This is the way awesome television shows should go, in a blaze of glory! Not descending deeper and deeper into a giant pile of crap like BSG.
