Kaftan Barlast Posted May 12, 2005 Posted May 12, 2005 There's this ultraviolent comic called "bodycount" that feature a turtle, now is that the original or an odd offshoot? Never heard of Bodycount. The area between the balls and the butt is a hotbed of terrorist activity.
Darth Flatus Posted May 12, 2005 Posted May 12, 2005 Via the power of google i have found the coimc in question and yes it appears to be an offshoot - it has the same writer and has casey jones and one of the turtles on the front cover. i would say its an offshoot cos its date is 1996 and the original comic was doen in the 80's and i think the artist was peter laird
Blarghagh Posted May 12, 2005 Posted May 12, 2005 Wasn't the first TMNT movie the highest grossing independent flick ever or something at some point? Actually, I think it might still be.

jaguars4ever Posted May 13, 2005 Posted May 13, 2005 Jesus, TMNT. Whenever I try to think about them I get feverish and forget what I'm doing. I think I was a victim of some sort of mass merchandising mind control. I think I still have some TMNT curtains someplace. I know I've got a TMNT bean bag chair in my carport. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Back in the day, I had the TMNT pyjamas. :D
Kor Qel Droma Posted May 13, 2005 Posted May 13, 2005 i must have sunk at least 90 bux in the old arcade four player TMNT side scroller game. And the original theme song is still the best IMO... Jaguars4ever is still alive. No word of a lie.
Laozi Posted May 13, 2005 Posted May 13, 2005 Hell, I still have TMNT bed sheets that are in circulation along with my He Man and Transformers. Thank god for thrift shops People laugh when I say that I think a jellyfish is one of the most beautiful things in the world. What they don't understand is, I mean a jellyfish with long, blond hair.

Thank god for thrift shops <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I've been looking online for some queen size 80s cartoon bedding. To no avail. I'd also like some He-Man boxers, but can't find any anywhere. jaguars4ever Posted May 13, 2005 Posted May 13, 2005 Forget all that. Just get the Twister Duvet like I have. So much fun...even the girlfriend loves it. ^_^ http://www.boysstuff.co.uk/product.asp?id=10470#
Oerwinde Posted May 13, 2005 Author Posted May 13, 2005 So it turns out the new movie is completely CG, and is due out in 2007. The area between the balls and the butt is a hotbed of terrorist activity.
Baley Posted May 13, 2005 Posted May 13, 2005 So it turns out the new movie is completely CG, and is due out in 2007. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Happy Days ^_^ Will it be aired in the cinemas or just on TV?
Oerwinde Posted May 13, 2005 Author Posted May 13, 2005 I'll believe it when i see it. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> The area between the balls and the butt is a hotbed of terrorist activity.
Darth Flatus Posted May 13, 2005 Posted May 13, 2005 I know there's talks and supposedly there's a lot of pre production work done already but it could always be abandoned.. They claim to be going all cgi - the best route IMO.

I prefer the Live-Action with suits, but if the CG looks like that teaser poster, then CG won't be bad at all. The area between the balls and the butt is a hotbed of terrorist activity.
