Daaave
To get a prestige class you need to talk to Kreia when you're level 15 or above and also be about 3/4 of the way light or dark side. Just because you're a bit thinner than your even fatter mum it doesn't mean you're in excellent physical shape, if you could fit through the door and view the normal people you'd notice that cheeseburger boy. Squid suck.
Odinson
You gotta make sure that you're not neutral or close to neutral. Speak to Kriea at level 15 or above. You have to be firmly LS or DS. That is the only way you get a choice. The above poster said it best.

Ten-96
You also have to have had the encounter with Visas, as well. I'm not sure why, but apparently it's important for your character. It may have something to do with facing Darth Nihilus later on.
Darth Kavar
It's because the dialog of gaining prestige class starts with: "Ah, you are here. You felt it, did you not? " and you can answer "It was Visas' Master - he can feel my presence in the Force. " Donno if it's just me or is there no cutscene here at all refering to that 'disturbance in the force'. It'd be weird however if you wouldn't meet Visas yet but you'd be refering to Nihilus.
