I haven't played that one, but I was never impressed with the writing much on the other GTA games. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Oh yes, there is! There's a really long and interesting story, with several sub-plots tying into the main story. Also, the dialogue is really clever and well-written and some of the characters in the game are absolutely brilliant (especially the guy played by James Woods).
