Woman jailed for making ghost noises

A woman has been jailed in Italy for wandering around an old castle at night making ghost noises.

The 42-year-old Polish woman was caught after the owner of the castle-****-hotel, near the town of Meran in South Tyrol, complained to police.

The owners said squeaking floor boards, slammed doors and footsteps had been scaring off guests for weeks.

But the 'ghost' turned out to be 'the wife of an employee at the castle who was annoyed at the way the owners were treating her husband.

High-tech video equipment captured the woman walking up and down the corridors.

A judge in the north Italian province has sentenced her to four months in jail for harassment.

STOCKHOLM -- Idiots in the office are just as hazardous to your health

as cigarettes, caffeine or greasy food, an eye-opening new study

reveals. In fact, those dopes can kill you!

Stress is one of the top causes of heart attacks -- and working with

stupid people on a daily basis is one of the deadliest forms of stress,

according to researchers at Sweden's Lindbergh University Medical

Center.

The author of the study, Dr. Dagmar Andersson, says her team studied

500 heart attack patients, and were puzzled to find 62 percent had

relatively few of the physical risk factors commonly blamed for heart

attacks.

"Then we questioned them about lifestyle habits, and almost all of

these low-risk patients told us they worked with people so stupid they

can barely find their way from the parking lot to their office. And

their heart attack came less than 12 hours after having a major

confrontation with one of these oafs.

"One woman had to be rushed to the hospital after her assistant

shredded important company tax documents instead of copying them. A man

told us he collapsed right at his desk because the woman at the next

cubicle kept asking him for correction fluid -- for her computer

monitor.

"You can cut back on smoking or improve your diet," Dr. Andersson says,

"but most people have very poor coping skills when it comes to

stupidity -- they feel there's nothing they can do about it, so they

just internalize their frustration until they finally explode."

Stupid co-workers can also double or triple someone's work load, she

explains. "Many of our subjects feel sorry for the drooling idiots they

work with, so they try to cover for them by fixing their mistakes. One

poor woman spent a week rebuilding client records because a clerk put

them all in the 'recycle bin' of her computer and then emptied it --

she thought it meant the records would be recycled and used again."

Xbox Access to Star Wars DVD Blooper:

XBox Users: Insert the 4th disc, and allow it to go to the Special Features Menu, rather than the Battlefront demo. Once the menu loads, hit the STOP button, so that you get the XBox logo screen. Use the remote to type "38," and you will see "Title 38" on the screen. This will reveal the hidden gag reel!

Access bloopers from a computer:

To access the blooper reel when watching the Bonus disc on your computer, go to any feature, then skip to chapter 38.

Hidden Blooper Reel (Yet Another Method):

From the Main Menu, access the 'Video Games and Stills' option. When you try pressing 1 1 3 8, it automatically only reads the first 1 and starts that chapter. So what you do is press +10 then a 1- appears and you hit 1 (making the "11"). The box next to R2 lights up. Wait for the new 1- to disappear. Press 3. Wait for the pause, then press 8.

Blooper Trailer -- Important DVD Settings Info:

To access the blooper trailer, you MUST have the correct screen settings set on your DVD player. If your DVD is set to a default 16:9 screen and your TV is actually 4:3, the easter egg will not work. I didn't find this out I got another THX DVD which had a THX optimizer area in its setup options. Using this revealed that my TV was actually a 4:3, and the DVD player was set for 16:9 -- not everyone is technically apt to know this! Some tinkering around with the DVD's remote got me into the player's settings so I could change it to 4:3, and the Blooper Easter Egg worked just fine after that point.

Hidden Blooper Reel (Another Method #2):

If you're having problems using the 1138 method to get to the reel, try this. Pick any of the featurettes and start them. If your remote has a GO TO button, press it then go to Title/Chapter. Type 38 under Title and 1 under chapter. This will bring up the DVD credits and bloopers.

Another way to get to the blooper reel is to go ot the Video Game and Still Gallery Menu, then press 11. After a pause, the box next to R2-D2 lights up. Then press 3. After another pause, press 8 to then reveal th hidden blooper reel clip!

Hidden Revenge of the Jedi Trailer:

Insert the 'Bonus Materials' disc and access the 'Trailers' option. Once there, highlight Return of the Jedi and press UP. Where it once said "Trailer" it will now read, "Revenge Trailer". Select it to reveal the unused teaser trailer for "Revenge of the Jedi", which was eventually renamed Return of the Jedi!
